國立暨南國際大學永續與倫理採購政策及實踐說明

國立暨南國際大學依據《政府採購法》及行政院環境保護署「綠色採購推動方案」辦理各項採購作業,訂有「永續與綠色採購政策」,落實節能減碳與資源循環理念。學校採購時優先選用具環保標章、節能、省水及可回收再利用產品,並透過內部稽核機制定期檢視執行情形。

在食品與供應品採購方面,學校推動「在地食材優先」原則,鼓勵餐飲業者使用本地農產及具可追溯來源之食材,以降低運輸碳足跡並支持地方農業。校內餐飲服務契約亦明訂供應商須配合永續及倫理採購條款,包含減少一次性塑膠、鼓勵使用可重複容器及提供蔬食選項等措施。

透過上述政策與實踐,暨大致力於建立環保、健康且具社會責任的採購與供應鏈管理模式,推動校園邁向永續發展。

 

National Chi Nan University (NCNU) implements its Sustainable and Green Procurement Policy in accordance with the Government Procurement Act and the Environmental Protection Administration’s Green Procurement Promotion Program. The policy aims to reduce carbon emissions, promote resource circulation, and ensure ethical sourcing practices.

In procurement processes, NCNU prioritizes products that are eco-labeled, energy-saving, water-efficient, recyclable, or made from sustainable materials. Regular internal audits are conducted to monitor and review the implementation of sustainable purchasing.

For food and supply sourcing, NCNU follows the “Local Ingredients First” principle, encouraging campus food vendors to use locally produced and traceable agricultural products, thereby reducing transportation-related carbon emissions and supporting local farmers. Vendor contracts also include clauses on sustainable and ethical sourcing, requiring the reduction of single-use plastics, the use of reusable containers, and the provision of vegetarian options.

Through these policies and actions, NCNU is committed to building an environmentally friendly, socially responsible, and health-oriented procurement and supply chain management system, supporting the University’s long-term sustainable development goals.
