一、持續推動全球綠色大學交流與對話

1. Global Green University Collaboration and Dialogue

國立暨南國際大學連續八年入選 UI GreenMetric World University Ranking 全球前五十大綠色大學，2024 年名列全球第 44 名、國內國立綜合大學第 1 名。
National Chi Nan University (NCNU) has been ranked among the Top 50 Green Universities worldwide by the UI GreenMetric World University Ranking for eight consecutive years, ranking 44th globally in 2024 and 1st among Taiwan’s national comprehensive universities.

暨大將於 2025 年 12 月主辦 UI GreenMetric 全球綠色大學研討會暨頒獎典禮，預計吸引來自 30 多國、超過 100 位大學校長、副校長及高階主管齊聚埔里，分享淨零校園與永續治理經驗。
In December 2025, NCNU will host the UI GreenMetric International Workshop and Awards Ceremony on its Puli campus, bringing together over 100 presidents, vice presidents, and sustainability leaders from more than 30 countries to exchange best practices in net-zero campus management.

2024 年於巴西聖保羅舉辦的活動中，暨大與全球綠色大學夥伴共同研議開設線上課程與區域工作坊，推動六大永續指標（能源、氣候、廢棄物、水資源、教育、交通）的經驗分享與改善。
During the 2024 GreenMetric event in São Paulo, Brazil, NCNU collaborated with global partners to develop joint online courses and regional workshops focused on the six key sustainability indicators: energy, climate, waste, water, education, and transportation.

二、與地方政府合作推動 SDG4：優質教育與學習型城市

2. Regional Dialogue with Local Government – Promoting SDG 4: Quality Education

依據教育部政策，暨大自 2015 年起擔任「南投學習型城市發展」指導單位，協助縣府推動終身學習與社區教育。
Since 2015, NCNU has served as a strategic partner of the Nantou County Government in developing a Learning City Initiative, promoting lifelong learning and community education in line with SDG 4 (Quality Education).

本校與南投縣教育處、非政府組織及地方團體定期召開跨部門會議，針對教育、文化與環境議題共同擬訂策略。
The university regularly convenes cross-sectoral meetings with the Nantou County Department of Education, NGOs, and community groups to co-design educational and cultural sustainability strategies.

2023 年舉辦 「SDGs 循環經濟研討會」，邀集學界、產業與政府代表共同探討地方創生與永續學習發展路徑。
In 2023, NCNU organized the “SDGs Circular Economy Forum”, bringing together academia, government, and industry to discuss pathways for local revitalization and sustainable education.

三、推動水沙連產業永續與國際聯盟交流

3. Promoting Sustainable Industry and International Partnerships – SDG 17

國立暨南國際大學推動「水沙連產業永續發展計畫」，以產業轉型與國際合作為核心，串聯日本信州大學、泰國清邁大學等夥伴，共同研究 智慧農業、咖啡產業與鄉村觀光永續模式。
NCNU promotes the Suisalian Sustainable Industry Development Project, focusing on industrial transformation and international collaboration with partner universities such as Shinshu University (Japan) and Chiang Mai University (Thailand) to study smart agriculture, coffee industry sustainability, and rural tourism.

2023 年舉辦「臺日聯盟首長會議」及與清邁大學的 SDGs 研討會，促進跨國永續研究與人才培育。
In 2023, NCNU hosted the Taiwan–Japan University Alliance Summit and an SDG Symposium with Chiang Mai University, advancing transnational sustainability research and capacity building.

此計畫呼應 SDG 8（體面工作與經濟成長）及 SDG 17（夥伴關係），推動區域經濟、教育與環境的共榮。
This initiative aligns with SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), fostering regional prosperity and sustainable ecosystems.
