暨大數位學伴計畫:翻轉偏鄉教育、實現學習公平
國立暨南國際大學自2006年起承辦教育部數位學伴計畫,以「生命陪伴生命,生活教導生活」為核心理念,透過一對一線上陪伴與學習模式,補足偏鄉學童學習落差,提升學習動機與興趣。
計畫發展歷程:

萌芽期(2006–2007): 起點為南投縣28名學童,至2007年成長至164名。

茁壯期(2008–2013): 採區域輔導模式,年度服務超過200名學童。

深化期(2014至今): 深耕在地化,2024年轉為個別申請模式。
2024年計畫服務南投縣仁愛鄉與信義鄉共67名學童,課程涵蓋SDGs議題、生命教育、品格教育、科學探索、人文素養及AI應用。至今已培育超過2,500名大學伴,陪伴1,928位偏鄉學童,提升大學伴的自我管理、社會服務與數位關懷能力。每年舉辦實體學習活動增進情感連結,透過科技創新與人文關懷融合,提升偏鄉學童社會競爭力。
數位學伴計畫不僅實踐暨大的大學社會責任,也為偏鄉學生提供優質教育資源,落實教育公平,共創更美好的未來。相關內文於2024年永續報告書第19與82頁發表。
NCNU Digital Learning Companion Program: Empowering Rural Students Through Lifelong Learning
Since 2006, National Chi Nan University (NCNU) has hosted the Ministry of Education’s Digital Learning Companion Program, guided by the principle “Life accompanies life, learning guides life.” The program pairs university students with rural primary and junior high school students in one-on-one online tutoring to reduce educational gaps, enhance motivation, and foster holistic learning.
The program’s growth phases include:

Early Stage (2006–2007): Started with 28 students in Nantou County, growing to 164 participants by 2007.

Expansion Stage (2008–2013): Adopted regional guidance models, serving over 200 students annually.

Mature Stage (2014–Present): Deepened local engagement, transitioning to an individual application model.
In 2024, 67 students from Nantou County’s Renzhou and Xinyi townships participated in diverse learning activities integrating SDG themes, life education, character development, science exploration, humanities, and AI applications. Over 2,500 university mentors have been trained, providing guidance to more than 1,928 rural students, fostering self-management, social responsibility, and digital literacy. Annual in-person activities strengthen emotional bonds and cultivate social competitiveness.
Through this program, NCNU fulfills its University Social Responsibility (USR), promotes equitable access to quality education, and contributes to sustainable community development.
NCNU demonstrates clear SDG1 progress in its 2024 Campus Sustainability Report (pp.19, 82).

暨大擴大特殊選才招生,扶植特殊才能與弱勢學生
國立暨南國際大學(NCNU)114學年度特殊選才招生已開放報名,旨在提供特殊才能及弱勢學生多元升學與就業導向的學習機會。因辦學成效卓越,教育部核定增加招生名額至89名,造福南投在地及弱勢青年。
招生設有三組:甲組招收特殊才能及不同教育資歷學生(27名)、乙組招收「願景計畫」弱勢學生(59名)、丙組招收資安特殊才能學生(3名)。招生科系以未來高度就業前瞻性或行政院5+2產業領域為主,兼顧減輕求學經濟負擔及穩定就業能力。
暨大長期關注在地及弱勢學生入學機會,自110學年度起,「願景計畫」乙組優先錄取低收、中低收入戶、特殊境遇家庭及經濟弱勢學生。校方並透過校內獎助學金、校友及企業善款,提供就學支持,促進社會流動。
為協助考生了解招生管道,暨大於2024年10月26日舉辦線上招生說明會,分享入學經驗及系所介紹。考試採書審與口試,部分系所免筆試或面試。暨大持續以實際行動翻轉弱勢學生境遇,提供多元升學機會,落實「成就每一位孩子」精神,培育具社會責任感的未來領袖。相關內文於2024年永續報告書第19與82頁發表。
NCNU Expands Special Admission Program to Empower Talented and Disadvantaged Students
National Chi Nan University (NCNU) opens applications for its 114th academic year Special Admission Program, designed to provide talented and disadvantaged students with diverse and career-oriented study opportunities. With recognition from the Ministry of Education, the program has increased enrollment to 89 students, benefiting local and underprivileged youth.
The program is divided into three tracks: Track A for students with special talents or non-traditional educational backgrounds (27 seats), Track B for disadvantaged students under the “Vision Plan” (59 seats), and Track C for students with cybersecurity expertise (3 seats). Admission focuses on fields with high employability or aligned with Taiwan’s 5+2 major industries, aiming to reduce financial burdens while enhancing career prospects.
NCNU has long prioritized local and disadvantaged student enrollment. Since the 110th academic year, the “Vision Plan” has admitted students from low-income households, special circumstances families, or economically disadvantaged students, giving priority to Nantou County residents. The program also offers scholarships and support through university funds, alumni, and corporate donations to ensure access to education and promote social mobility.
To support applicants, NCNU held an online Special Admission briefing on October 26, 2024, sharing experiences and departmental information. The selection process includes document review and interviews, with some departments offering simplified procedures. NCNU continues to uphold its mission to empower students, foster social inclusion, and cultivate future leaders.
